KRIS WON!!

(this is the largest font size apparently)

Everyone's saying that Adam fans had not voted enough and assumed that he'd win effortlessly. Hmm..who knows. And it was especially sweet when Kris hugged his wife so dam tightly after the results were announced. Sighhhh, so swweeet :D

X-country was on thurs. Met up with Sya at Safra and walked there. I was pretty hyped up, since i didn't come for X-country last year (not because i pon wokay. i had a guides camp!) Initially, planned to run with my classmates, but decided to run with my fellow guides :D
The nine of us started tgt..and in the end it was only kemei, lydia and i?
Haha, sarah got 2nd! wooahh, pro-ded :D

I didn't stop at all! And i really really think the route was way more than 3.6km, esp what with the extremely long walk to the starting point, and the route back to the stadium much after the 3.3Km mark? Anyway, i had fun la :) esp with those two.

Kemei was constantly saying "Go Lydia you can do it! Go Amirah you can do it! Go Kemei you can do it!"
And i was constantly saying. "Come on lydia, a little bit more! Already ____ Km!"
And lydia was constantly saying, "Argh! I'm Gonna die. I feel like dying!"

HAHA :)

And the milo from the milo van was a little too thick tho):
Went out to TM with 4P chums after that. Talked to Felicia on the bus, and what she said made so much sense(haha, enlightenment?) of the current situation

Pizza Hut's service was extremely slowwwww.
And i guess that's because they're uhh a little understaffed? and surprised cos suddenly more than half of pizza hut was filled with sweaty cedarians.
But still, it was super slow

SLOW service = UNHAPPY customers = FRUSTRATED workers and customers
Therefore,
Service should never be slow. Seriously.

Night at the Museum 2 was super hilarious! Go watch it :)

And
I've finished reading 5 books.
In 4 days.
I blame mobile NLB for coming to our school
And making me reach my max quota for borrowing books
And pleading friends to borrow under their names
And especially for an unproductive Saturday

Argh, i can't decide if i blame myself or Mobile NLB more
Most prolly the latter.
hahah

If i could see the future and how this plays out
I bet it's better than where we are now

Maybe i didn't have it that bad afterall

SOOO... I shall share with you guys some

THINGS TO DO WHEN YOU HAVE NOTHING TO DO
which by the way SHOULD NOT be the case cos all my loyal readers SHOULD be diligently studying, says the person who should be doing the exact same thing

1) Blink wildly and then close your eyes really tight for an interesting light show
(Amusement Potential: 1-5 minutes)
See a variety of blobs, stars and flashes. Try to make out shapes and see if your subconscious is trying to send you a message (perhaps that funny shape is saying, 'send all your money to urban75.com'?)

2) Try to not think about penguins
(Amusement Potential: 1-5 minutes)
This is especially hard, because by trying too much, you remember what you were trying to avoid thinking of. If you try too little, you end up thinking about penguins anyway

3) Pretend you're a robot
( Amusement Potential: 1-3 minutes)
Walk down the street with mechanical movements, adding 'zzzzzt' sounds with each motion. Pretending to have a motor broken in, say, your left hand can add at least 30 seconds more entertainment.

4) Scratch yourself
(Amusement Potential: 1-3 minutes)
Go ahead, scratch yourself now. Even if nothing itches, go ahead. Doesn't that feel pretty good?

5) Rate passers by
(Amusement Potential: 10-15 minutes)
Secretly award passers by marks out of ten as you go along, offering (unsaid) expert criticism over their clothing, hairstyle and footwear choices.

6) Repeat the same word over and over until it loses its meaning
(Amusement Potential: 1-3 minutes)
Pick a random word out of a magazine and say it aloud to yourself until it becomes a meaningless set of noises.

7) Pinch yourself
(Amusement Potential: 1-3 minutes)
What is pain? Why is it unpleasant? There's nothing physical about it - it's all in your mind. Plus, after pinching yourself for awhile, boredom will seem nice next to being in pain.

8) Try to swallow your tongue
(Amusement Potential: 1-2 minutes)
There's not much to say about this one. It is possible, but really stupid.

9) Pretend to be a car
(Amusement Potential: 5-10 minutes)
Make appropriate revving noises in your head as you walk along and add a racing commentary as you pass strangers in the street. Use blinking eyes as indicators for extra authenticity. nking about penguins anyway.

10) Brainwash yourself to believe you're as busy as the president

HAHA! that was silly, but entertaining right? (:

These few days have been honestly sucky. Trying to rid of the guilt is almost impossible.

How can i be truly happy when others are suffering because of me?

I know, it's not my fault. My friends convinced me so. But who else is there to blame?

Seeing you walk alone. I know you're alone in your mind too. How can i not be at fault?

They did not tell me the whole truth, but i honestly do not blame them. For i would have done the same thing if i were in their shoes. But what if you were in mine?

A quote to end off :D

"The opposite of love is nothingness instead of hate or sadness" - A wise friend named borbeena!

A huge Sorry to all those who've been concerned about me.
Really, i didn't mean to worry you guys!

I had a hard time swallowing the huge pink muscle-relaxant pills, and the capsule of a pill called Mr. Antibiotics.

My meds are supposed to make me drowsy over the weekend.
Prelims on Monday how?

Next post will be happy, i promise!

(as you can see, this post consists of random gibberish that my brain comes up with when i'm supposedly half-drowsy)
